How is this event different from last year's Midsummer Night's Green?
Expect the same level of incredible local food, wine, and company but with a little bit more of a down-to-earth feel. We want you to come eat, drink, and dance as you are.
What will we eat?
Dinner at Harvest Hootenanny will be served family-style in groups of 6, as opposed to previous years' plated courses. The food will be to die for- chef Josh White is carefully putting together a menu that will appeal to everyone. Don't worry if you have dietary requirements, this menu is made to accommodate! Please let us know on your registration form if you have any dietary requirements.
What should I wear?
We'll come dressed in "hootenanny formal". This will be a special event, but don't be put off by a dress-code. Come in whatever makes you feel comfortable and celebratory... But don't forget your dancing shoes!
How can I make sure I get to sit next to my friends during dinner?
Dinner will be served family-style in groups of 6. If you want to sit with a particular group of your favourite folks, we ask that you purchase your tickets in one ticket order. If this isn't possible, please send us an email at events@revelstokelocalfood.com. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, however please don't be upset if you have to make new friends. This, after all, is what it's all about.
I don't do online purchases. Do I have any other options for purchasing tickets?

How will I get myself to and from Harvest Hootenanny?
This year's Harvest Hootenanny will be taking place at Take to Heart Mill at 776 Westside Road. There is limited parking at Take to Heart and the drinks will be flowing so we encourage you to take advantage of our free shuttle service graciously donated by Revelstoke Mountain Transfers & Tours. Shuttles will leave from the Revelstoke Community Centre and take you straight to the action and then back to the Community Centre when the festivities wrap up. Please specify which of the shuttle times you would like to take when you fill out your registration form.
